Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing configify.ca or engaging Configify Inc. for services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services
Configify provides digital engineering, AI automation, engineering automation, and digital marketing services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables built for their project. Configify retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing tools and code libraries used in delivery.

4. Payment
Payment terms are defined per engagement. Configify reserves the right to pause work on overdue accounts.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the project.

6. Limitation of Liability
Configify’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

8. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
